Carrots (as many as you need)
Coconut oil (about 2-3 heaping Tbsp)
Sea salt
Slice up the carrots into thin sticks about 4” or so long. In a sauté pan, heat the coconut oil on medium high. When it is all melted, add the carrots and sauté until brown and to the texture you like. Sprinkle with sea salt. Enjoy.
FYI: The coconut oil adds excellent fats and is a great oil to cook with as it can withstand being heated to high temperatures and not break down.
