6 weeks. 42 days. Building life changing habits.

42 to NEW is a workplace wellness program aimed at increasing productivity, reducing absenteeism, and building a positive team-enhanced culture in the work place.

42 to NEW provides encouragement, education and practice of healthy behaviors and habits, education about nutrition and fitness, hands-on activities to implement healthy practices, and a tool to monitor the consistency of these behaviors.

✅ With employees spending more than 1/3 of their day at work, employers have a unique opportunity to promote health and wellness to their staff.

A research paper published in Population Health Management revealed that employees who participate in wellness programs show significant improvements in their health behaviors and overall well-being. This leads to a direct increase in job performance and productivity.

The RAND Corporation conducted a study that found workplace wellness programs result in an average of 25% lower sick leave, 25% lower health costs, and 32% lower workers’ compensation and disability management claims.

There are a number of benefits to a business offering a health and wellness program to its employees that benefit both the employee’s health and longevity and the workplace culture.

42 to NEW

This is a 6 week initiative. The end goal is to build 6 consistent habits over 42 days.

Together, these 42 days will act as a guide to benefit health and wellness and energy to a NEW you and a NEW set of behaviors and habits that are aimed at improving your quality of life.

  1. Each week we will add a new behavior that will be tracked daily to monitor growth and success.
  2. Each week we will encourage progress and celebrate success.
  3. Each week we will work on evaluating and breaking down the various negative mind sets that are holding you back.
  4. Each week you will receive a new video module that will educate you on the importance of macros (what the heck are they??), how to read nutritional labels so you know what macros you are eating, how to build supportive and nutritious meal plans, and more!
