Yesterday’s lower body workout was such a 🍑 burn!!! Yikes. 

Try these 4 supersets...4 rounds of each. Try today or save for later. 🙌

✴️ goblet squats
✴️ one leg deadlifts

✴️ Bulgarian split squats
✴️ one leg bridge lifts

✴️ lateral lunge 
✴️ low squat side tap

✴️ squat with reverse extension
✴️ reverse lunge with 3 pulses

Swipe to see what’s in the bowl today. Super easy snack or meal that comes together in 2-3 minutes! Not hungry? Save this for later! 🙌

Today’s cake includes:
✅ 1tsp baking powder
✅ 40g Kodiak Waffle mix
✅ 15g protein powder (I used PE science)

Mix these together and add enough water to make a slightly runny “batter”

Microwave for ~80seconds

Top as you like! I used marshmallow fluff and some chippets. You can get as creative as you like or top based on macros you are looking to hit! 🙌🤩 You can also play around with how much pancake mix and protein powder you use.

Lower body & abs today!! Doing a live workout mea Lower body & abs today!!

Doing a live workout means “the show must go on!” During today’s third set, I had to zip off to get a battery replacement...from the basement 🤣

Meanwhile, the group was on set 3 which was:

✅ 4 cross country touchdown
✅ ab sit up & press

The show went on, we had a good sweat, and (as always!) we shared a few laughs! 🤣

Don’t have a lot of equipment at home? EVERYTHIN Don’t have a lot of equipment at home? EVERYTHING can be modified for what you DO have, and then work on your tempo and time under tension to make it more challenging. 

Today is upper body day. If you have a bench or chair you can do one arm rows...if you don’t, you can still do rows with a pause at the top. 

*edit: I was challenging myself with reps and weights today, so I’m pulling a bit too much with my body in the first slide. It’s good for me to see my own form!

Even chest flyes can be done on the floor without a bench 🙌

With my program I explain modifications for everything including equipment available, fitness levels and even injuries.
