Tuna Dill Salad

This is an easy meal that comes together with items you likely already have in your pantry. Choose to double this batch and enjoy for a few days! You can eat this salad on a sandwich, in a wrap, or scoop it with tortilla chips.

Ingredients:

1 can tuna (water packed and drained)

1/2 – 1 cup chopped celery (use more if you really like the crunch)

1/2 – 1 cup chopped dill pickles (I love dill pickles, so I err on the side of more)

1/2 – 1 cup chopped peppers/cucumber/carrots (use whatever you like here)

1-2 Tbsp yellow mustard

1-2 Tbsp mayo or plain greek yogurt

1 Tbsp dijon mustard (this adds kick, so use as per your preference)

1-2 Tbsp chopped dill

Salt/Pepper/Garlic Powder and any other seasoning you enjoy with tuna.

Mix this all together and enjoy! This recipe is filled with protein and vegetables and serves as a super filling meal. If you don’t care for tuna, try using chopped grilled chicken or deli chicken from your local grocery store.
