This is a favorite and easy go-to recipe that my whole family enjoys. The original recipe was created by Katie Crokus who is a nutritional coach. I have edited the recipe and I use my own variations as I do when I bake, but here is the recipe along with a few notes about what I like to do. I have also subbed out the zucchini for apple sauce if I don’t have zucchini on hand. You can make these bars what you want them to be. Enjoy!
