Recently, I came across a video for the “viral egg sandwich”. I decided to try it with my own modifications. I am using a wrap versus bread as I found it easier to flip, and then I could modify the macros value of carbs and fats to my liking.
This is my video of making the wrap. I used 150g of egg whites, 1 wrap and 1 slice of cheese.
