Strawberry Protein Shake

This is an easy recipe to blend together for a delicious snack or replacement meal if you are on the go! All it takes are 4 ingredients including water.

Blend together:
– 90g frozen unsweetened strawberries
– 90g 0% plain Greek yogurt
– 1 scoop strawberry protein powder (I used Bowmar Protein Powder)
– add water to desired consistency
*Option to add whipped cream
