3 Ingredient Protein Waffles

Protein WafflesAll you need are 3 ingredients:

  • Protein powder (I used Bowmar Nutrition Protein Blueberry Cheesecake, but vanilla is great too!)
  • 2 egg whites (63g of egg whites from a carton)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat your waffle maker. This is important as it needs to be hot before you pour your batter in.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. When the waffle maker is ready, quickly spray with oil and then pour your batter in.
  3. Once your waffle is done, enjoy as you like!
