Ingredients:
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 6g coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 egg white (31g)
- splash of water (see note below)
- toppings as desired (optional)
- In a microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients except for toppings. Use water as needed to create a paste (this amount will vary depending on the consistency of your protein powder)
- Cook on high for 40 seconds. Allow to cool. Top as desired and enjoy!
