Honey Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2-4 tsp curry powder
  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9X13″ baking dish with cooking oil. Place chicken breasts in dish
  2. Heat the remaining ingredients to boil (in the microwave or in a saucepan) and pour over the chicken breasts
  3. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chicken juices run clear, basting every 10 minutes for optimum flavor
