Ingredients:
- 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2-4 tsp curry powder
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray a 9X13″ baking dish with cooking oil. Place chicken breasts in dish
- Heat the remaining ingredients to boil (in the microwave or in a saucepan) and pour over the chicken breasts
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until chicken juices run clear, basting every 10 minutes for optimum flavor
