Morning Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 2 cups egg whites
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Fill 12 lined or sprayed muffin tins.  Bake for 24 minutes or until done.
