Ingredients:
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/2 cup ground flax
- 2 cups egg whites
- 1 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients together
- Fill 12 lined or sprayed muffin tins. Bake for 24 minutes or until done.
