I didn’t have chocolate protein powder on hand today, but using chocolate would be equally delicious!
-3 scoops protein powder (I used Trutein Happy Birthday flavor)
-1 cup PB2 (peanut butter powder)
-1 Tbsp peanut butter
-1 cup raw oats
-water
In a pot, add the PB2 and enough water to make a runny consistency (1/4-1/2 cup of water; add slowly and stir to desired consistency). Using medium heat, add the peanut butter and melt together. Remove from heat and add in the protein powder and stir. Add in the oats and stir. The mixture will be sticky!
Scoop onto a cookie tray lined with parchment paper (I used my medium sized Pampered Chef scoop). Freeze for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
