No-Bake Granola Bars

A great snack that is high in good fats, carbohydrates and even contains protein!

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
  • 2.5 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 3 scoops protein powder (I used “All Natural Whey” by Precision with macros per 35g scoop of: 28g protein, 2g carbohydrates, 2g fat)
  • dash of salt
  1.  Melt the peanut butter, honey and coconut oil in a pot over low to medium heat.  Remove from heat.
  2. Add the oats, chocolate chips and protein powder and mix well.
  3. Scoop into a 9X13 baking dish.  Let chill for 2 hours or longer.
  4. Cut into squares.
