HIIT Workout

This morning’s HIIT workout and my workout view 🙂

Equipment:
One pair dumbbells (10-15lbs)
One heavy dumbbell
A box or step
An interval timer

Set your timer to 24 rounds of 45 secs work with 15 secs rest

The workout:
renegade rows (plank rows)
squat and press
– box hops
goblet squats
pop squats
in and out abs (this can be done on a bench or on the ground)

Don’t forget your water! 😉 Refuel afterwards with protein (24-30g) and 1 serving of fruit.
