Chocolate Pudding Pops (Dairy Free)

4 ripe bananasIMG_1671

1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted

1 can (400mL) coconut milk

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1. Place all ingredients into a blender (I used my Vitamix)

2. Once blended, pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer.  Once frozen, enjoy!

Alternatively, you could freeze the mixture into an ice cube tray to create smoothies. Simply use a few ice cubes in a blender with some almond milk (or milk of choice) and enjoy a delicious frozen chocolate smoothie.

If you want to add more protein to this recipe you can add a scoop of your favorite flavor of protein powder.
