Stir Fry Vegetables

1 clove garlic, minced
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp chicken broth
1 tsp cornstarch
Vegetables (chopped carrots, mushrooms, snow peas, peppers, bok choy, etc)

Sauté  the vegetables in a large frying pan with a tsp of oil of choice.  Mix together the garlic, soy sauce, chicken broth and cornstarch.  Pour over the sautéed vegetables.  Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
