Pumpkin Muffins

2 cups almond flour (almond meal)
1/3 cup coconut flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
6 eggs
1/4 cup liquid honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350.  Mix ingredients until smooth.

Grease a muffin tin.

Fill and bake for 30-45mins or until a toothpick can be inserted into the middle of the muffin and come out clean.
