Protein Donuts

protein-donutsEach recipe makes 3 donuts:
1 scoop protein powder
1 Tbsp coconut flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbsp syrup
1-2 Tbsp egg whites
Mix into a paste and add a bit of water if needed

Preheat oven to 300F. Spray donut pans with oil (i use avocado oil). Mix ingredients together into a paste and add a bit of water if needed. Bake for 15-18mins. Remove and top with your choice of nut butter. I used cinnamon swirl raisin and dark chocolate dreams.
