12 boneless chicken thighs
1/4 cup liquid honey
2 Tbsp cider vinegar
2 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dried Herbes de Provence
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Place the chicken thighs in your slow cooker/Crock pot. Mix all remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken and mix well. Slow cook the thighs for 8-10 hours on low until chicken is fully cooked. Serve warm over rice with a side salad or roasted vegetables.
