*COVID Notes:
1.  Should the instructor become ill or exhibit symptoms aligned with COVID, class will be placed on hold and the session will be extended if a replacement instructor is unavailable to teach.
2.  Refunds will not be available for missed classes due to participant self isolation/becoming ill during the session. A link to a pre-filmed workout using minimal equipment will be available with a max of 2 missed classes per session.
3. Wipes and hand sanitizer will be available for use before and after class along with bathroom facilities to wash hands.

Morning Bootcamp:

Class Description: Classes include elements of interval training of hi-low exercises, agility drills and circuit/bootcamp style drills. All of these elements are intended to challenge your core, your cardio, and your functional strength. Most of all, classes are FUN and motivating to challenge your current level of fitness whether that be the true beginner without a current fitness regime, or the elite fitness guru.  I enjoy teaching interval training/bootcamp style classes where no 2 classes are alike, so your body has no idea what’s in store from class to class.

Modifications are demonstrated for all exercises and drills, and modifications are encouraged based on your unique fitness levels and/or current or past injuries. All you need to do is get to class (bring a water bottle, clean indoor running shoes and a yoga/fitness mat) and I will do the rest – motivate, inspire, and challenge you to reach your personal bests while having fun and achieving results.

Class Description: Classes will include elements of HIIT, interval and strength training intermittently placed throughout the workout. Classes are FUN and motivating to challenge your current level of fitness whether that be the true beginner without a current fitness regime, or the elite fitness guru. No two classes are alike, so your body has no idea what’s in store from class to class. Come learn a new fitness skill where you are encouraged to HIIT away those frustrations to get one kick butt work-out in!
