Ann Lukey of Inertia Fitness & Nutritional Coaching is pleased to partner with Covenant Health to provide programs and services to all Covenant Health staff at a discount rate of 20%.  In addition to a discount on all services offered, Inertia Fitness has created a number of special programs as listed below.  These programs will support Covenant Health’s commitment to staff in supporting their wellness in body, mind and spirit.

All fitness and nutrition programs are equally open to staff in outlying regions as virtual programs.  Virtual programs offer equal benefits through use of text, email, Facetime, videos or even using social media.

These programs include:

  1. 6, 8, 12 week fitness & accountability program (discount pricing starting at $168)
  2. 6, 8, 12 week nutritional & accountability program (discount pricing starting at $178)
  3. 6, 8, 12 week fitness AND nutritional accountability program (discount pricing starting at $259)
  4. Availability for staff to contact me to bring fun fitness to their place of work (ie. one-off team building or a 6 week “lunch time” program) (pricing available on request)
  5. Seminars, workshops or consultations regarding nutritional coaching techniques and strategies (pricing available on request)
  6. Group challenge programs (pricing available on request)

In addition to structured programs, I am available for staff to contact me regarding questions about fitness or nutrition. I am happy to help you with your health and wellness journey. Please contact me regarding any questions you may have or to discuss any of the programs or services I offer.

The following are details of the above programs:

  • 6 week fitness & accountability program (also available as 8 and 12 week programs)
    • Meet with client to discuss their lifestyle and needs.
    • Assess any limitations which may include current or recent injuries, schedule/time/availability for workouts, and challenges client is facing regarding fitness
    • Create a fitness program that will accommodate client’s available schedule and needs. The fitness program’s length, variety, # of days, etc will be tailored to the client based on discussions and assessments
    • Provide weekly accountability with formal check-ins, communication and co-development of weekly goals to build positive planning and scheduling of healthier habits and choices
    • Unlimited support and assistance provided from Inertia Fitness via email at anytime
    • Optional mid and end of program meetings to check in on progress and to discuss challenges and successes — A mid-way meeting also helps “reset” and solidify initial discussions of goals and the client’s “why”
    • Rates of each program are variable based on number of face-to-face meetings

  • 6 week nutritional & accountability program (also available as 8 and 12 week programs)
    • Client completes a questionnaire that details their nutritional goals, current eating habits, and current challenges
    • Meet with client and (based on questionnaire) discuss nutritional coaching options that may be a best fit for the client to work towards their goals. From there, the client’s program will be completely customized
      • Challenges that clients face may include: weight loss, overall healthy eating, recipe ideas, healthy options when eating out, how to choose meals when eating out, weekly meal planning (using your current recipes along with new ones), learning how to read nutritional food labels, learning what “macros” are and how they affect your weight control, healthy food and “fuel”, cooking ideas while still learning portion control for weight control, how to fight the “binge eating” and snacking at night, etc
    • Weekly check-ins including feedback regarding progress from client that includes nutrition behavior, changes in bodyweight, body composition changes, challenges and successes over the week
    • Unlimited support and assistance provide from Inertia Fitness via email at anytime
    • Optional mid and end of program meetings to check in on progress and to discuss challenges and successes — A mid-way meeting also helps “reset” and solidify initial discussions of goals and the client’s “why”
    • Rates of each program are variable based on number of face-to-face meetings

  • 6 week fitness AND nutritional accountability program (also available as 8 or 12 week programs)
    • This includes everything from the above 2 categories, but at a further bundled price. This is a program for nutrition to support the fitness component and vice versa

  • Availability for staff to contact me to bring fun fitness to their place of work (ie. one-off team building or a 6 week “lunch time” program)
    • A fun option is fitness kickboxing where staff learn all the skills to get a great, effective and safe workout and I provide all the equipment necessary
    • Minimal equipment/body weight interval training “bootcamp” either indoors (in an open space such as a conference room or onsite gym) or outdoors if available

  • Seminars, workshops or consultations regarding nutritional coaching techniques and strategies. Ideas include:
    • A one hour interactive group seminar which gives an overall look at strategies for staff to use regarding fueling their bodies for their goals
    • A 4 week workshop of 45-60 minute sessions which allows more time for hands-on discussions
    • A one-on-one sit down consultation and discussion regarding client’s nutritional challenges or concerns

  • Group challenge programs
    • 6 week programs built with a new “challenge” each week (along with accountability) that may be fitness, nutritional, or wellness related.  This type of program could all be done virtually via email, video chat or videos that I create to share to a private Facebook group with a specific group/team
