

Hello, and welcome to 42 to NEW program from Inertia Fitness and Nutrition! Before we get started, let me explain what 42 to NEW is all about.
This is a 6 week initiative. The end goal is to build 6 consistent habits over 42 days while also building knowledge to create a successful meal plan for fat loss, maintenance, or building muscle. Together, these 42 days will act as a guide to benefit your health and overall wellness and energy to a NEW you and a NEW set of behaviors and habits that are aimed at improving your quality of life.
- Each week we will add a new behavior that you will track daily to monitor growth and success.
- Each week we will encourage progress and celebrate success.
- Each week we will work on evaluating and breaking down the various negative mind sets that are holding you back.
- Each week you will receive a new video module that will educate you on the importance of macros (what the heck are they??), how to read nutritional labels so you know what macros you are eating, how to build supportive and nutritious meal plans, and more!
I encourage you to watch and rewatch the video modules, take notes, apply them to your day-to-day life, and above all, ask questions!
As with anything new, I expect you to have questions. Please reach out to me at any time via email and I will also compile a FAQ document to share with the group.
These next 42 days are all about YOU. YOUR power and ability to reach your overall health and wellness goals. No matter what circumstances you find yourself in currently, the direction you choose to take from here depends solely on YOU.
