This is a great time to reflect on the past 42 days. You may be asking yourself “what is next?” Well, that is completely up to you! Continuing with each of these habits are for the benefit of YOU.
Here are some great additional ideas:
- add in some additional benefits of strength training (2-3 days a week is a great place to start)
- get to bed at a regular time to ensure a solid 7-9 hours of sleep
- consider finding a new activity that you’d like to learn or try in order to add in more activity or social time
- hold yourself accountable to less screen time and less time on social media to free up more time to focus on the activities and behaviors that truly benefit your health
42 to NEW is all about adding small, manageable changes over time that add up. Small daily changes lead to sustainable long-term success.
